Back up and restore website files, databases and mailboxes.

Create a backup

On the hosting account’s Backups tab, give the backup an optional label (for example before-update) and choose what to include: website files, databases and mailboxes. A typical site takes a minute or two. Backups are stored on the hosting server, separate from your live files.

Restore

Choose Restore next to a backup and pick what to bring back. Restoring replaces the current files, data and mail with the versions in the backup. Files added since the backup are kept.
