Mailboxes, forwarders, webmail, mail app settings and keeping mail out of spam.
Create a mailbox
Open the hosting account’s Email tab and choose Create mailbox.
Pick the domain, enter the address (for example support), a display name, a password and a storage quota.
Optionally email the login details to the person who will use it.
Your plan sets how many mailboxes you can create. Edit a mailbox to change its quota, forward a copy of incoming mail, or disable it. A disabled mailbox stops receiving mail and cannot sign in.
Forwarders
A forwarder sends mail for an address (for example sales@) to one or more other addresses, without a mailbox of its own. Create a mailbox on the domain first.
Read your mail
Open webmail to read mail in the browser. For Outlook, Apple Mail or Thunderbird, Mail app settings shows the incoming (IMAP) and outgoing (SMTP) servers, ports and security. The username is the full email address.
Deliverability
The Deliverability panel checks the SPF, DKIM and DMARC records that keep your mail out of spam folders, and shows the value to set for any that are missing.
