MySQL databases
On the Databases tab, Create database makes a database and a user that owns it. Names get your account prefix automatically. Use utf8mb4 unless your app needs something else.
+ Add user adds another user, for example a read-only one.
Open phpMyAdmin to browse tables and run queries.
If you change a database password, update it in your website’s configuration too, or the site loses its database connection.
One-click apps create their own database, so you do not need to create one for them.
FTP accounts
The FTP tab shows the host, port and encryption to use in FileZilla, Cyberduck or any FTP client. Create FTP account gives someone access to all your files or only one folder, with an optional quota. Public website files are in /web.
File manager
The File manager tab works in the browser: upload by dragging files in, create files and folders, edit text files, rename, download, delete and extract archives.
